The culinary experience in this restaurant was a journey of contrasting flavours. The starter and the main courses were crafted with care, creativity and expertise, delivering a succulent feast that delighted the palate. However, it&#39;s unfortunate that the dessert &quot;Pavlova&quot; did not meet the same standard of excellence. A tasteless and uninteresting dessert was a disappointing end to an otherwise enjoyable meal. It&#39;s essential for a restaurant to maintain consistency in the quality of all courses to ensure a memorable dining experience from start to finish.

Loiseau des Ducs

Le Pr&eacute; aux Clercs was one of the few fine dining restaurants in Dijon open on a Sunday but far exceeded our expectations. All 3 courses were outstanding. My husband declared the ouefs en meurette the best he&#39;d ever eaten, the veal was cooked to perfection (nicely pink) and the moelleux de chocolat was divine. We would highly recommend this restaurant.

A large restaurant, everything looks clean and nice, the service is good, the food did not excite us, there are dishes that the waiter puts on a bit of a show with a flambe at the table, a gimmick, there are dessert and cheese carts that are brought to the table to choose, amusing, the steak was brought for approval before it went on the grill, I was not  Ordering it again, and I was also recommended the expensive steak on the menu, I liked the chicken dish better.  The steak came with a ridiculous garnish of a purple onion slice on the steak.

This restaurant is highly recommended as the food is gorgeous and served in a very different way with fresh products and ingredients and the result is really delicious

The ambiance was a bit cold and uninteresting.  The food was good.  The experience was marred by the service.  The staff seemed overwhelmed and rushed.  Pacing was terrible.  Disappointed and would not recommend.

Not great! There are far better restaurants in Dijon in my view. This place was so-so and I would not recommend. The food was average at best and the service was not great.

A nice setting in an old building, small tapas portions, expected more than just 2 prawns or 1 tiny piece of fish. Beef bourignon  was just a slow cooked shredded beef. Service was excellent, wine was good.

I recently dined at Loiseau de Ducs and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the food. Every dish I tried was delicious, showcasing the chef&rsquo;s skill and creativity. From appetizers to desserts, the flavors were outstanding, and I left feeling satisfied.However, I must address some issues with the service. While the food was exceptional, there were notable delays in the administrative aspect of our experience. We waited for the bill for nearly half an hour, which was quite frustrating. When the bill finally arrived, we discovered that all the wine we had ordered was missing from it. It took an additional five minutes for the staff to rectify the error and locate our wine selections.Despite these issues, I appreciate the efforts of the staff in resolving the situation promptly. However, improving the efficiency of administrative tasks, such as bill processing and accurately recording orders, would significantly enhance the overall dining experience.

The service was what you would expect from a Michelin star restaurant, however, the food was mediocre.  My main entry was beef with sides and a sauce, the entire plate was room temperature to lukewarm.  The desert was nothing to write home about.  It could be that they were having an off night but we traveled to Dijon to experience the excellent food and wine.  This experience was disappointing.
